Most probably you are developing symptoms of menopause syndrome. Take iron, calcium supplements.  Get blood.pressure, sugar, checked. If hot flushes are uncomfortable,  take one tablet methyl dopa 250mg in evening. For sleep take a m8ld sedative 9nly if problem is more.

Sleep problems combined with hot flashes (hot splashes) at night are classic symptoms of perimenopause or menopause, where falling estrogen levels cause the body's temperature regulation to go haywire — leading to sudden heat surges that disrupt sleep. Thyroid dysfunction can also cause similar symptoms and is worth ruling out. A general physician or gynecologist is the right starting point to evaluate the cause and guide treatment, which may include hormonal or non-hormonal options.
Next Steps
Start with a consultation with your gynecologist along with blood tests — FSH, LH, estradiol levels to check menopausal status, and a TSH to rule out thyroid. Keeping the bedroom cool, wearing light cotton clothing, and avoiding caffeine at night can help in the meantime. Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation.
