Anxiety symptoms are due to altered serotonin in the mind pathways of the brain and a course of SSRIs or snris will help. Alcohol will worsen anxiety and depression. Consult an astute psychiatrist in person or online and get treatment. Good luck.

See you need treatment not just therapy right now you need medicine to calm down and then we can shift you on medication plus therapy and later just on therapy. Also when your facing anxiety don’t fall for such suggestions of alcohol consumption and all it will surely not help you but worsen your problem. Alcohol itself can cause various psychiatric illness. For immediate effect you should and need treatment.later on think about relaxation techniques.
Next Steps
Consult psychiatrist immediately.
