My mother 47 yrs, suffering from severe toothache from evening..Plz sugges me a good medicine to get relief ..

It’s best to consult a specialist before starting any medication . This will ensure best results to help your mother . As pain elimination is not going to help .. finding the cause for that pain so that it doesn’t trouble again is the best !

Its always better to start any medication after a proper clinical and radiographic examination by the dentist.
Till you visit a dentist, you can take a S.O.S. painkiller ( T.Ketoford DT) one tablet.

You can take Ketorol Dt for severe pain..but there is a proper way to take it for best results..

You can start with these medication right away …
Rx
Cap. Pan 40 (Before food) once for 3 days (if your mother have acidity issues)
Tab. Augmentin 625mg( After food) twice for 3 days (one in morning and one in dinner time)
Tab. Ketorol DT (After Food) twice or thrice depending on pain for 3 days…
But you have to go to a dentist and get an Xray done to see the situation of your tooth and get it treated as soon as possible.
