Hi Yes you can have since they are healthy. Soak them and then can be added to salads, shakes etc. 1 to 2 tbsps a day is fine Regards

Yes they are healthy . You can add in smoothies . Soaked or without soaked sprinkle over your salads etc . It depends on your details . Consult personally for proper guidance and help.
