Right shoulder and arm pain must be troubling you performing your daily activities. There can be many reasons for the same . Details you have given is missing the duration of pain , since when you have been suffering from it. Do you have any swelling in it. You have mentioned that no obstacle in normal moving of hand. Might possible that you have pain in extreme ranges . A detailed physical examination is required.
