My wife have recently given birth to girl child but she has issue in low milk productions my frnd suggest me tablet perinorm it is safe to take for a breast feeding mother pls tell

Tab Perinorm can be added for 5 day course it will help in more production of milk.After that frequent breast feeding is to be continued as proper latching helps in more production of milk.

Inadequate milk production is a common issue faced by mothers. Strong will to feed, plenty of liquids, frequent breast feeding every 2 hrs is mandatory to get adequate milk.Tab.Perinorm is safe , but better to take it only for 3 days.

Frequent breast feeding is the most important factor . It takes 3 days to 1 week after delivery for proper milk flow to develop but 2 hourly latching of the baby should be continued even if there is no milk . This will develop reflexes in the body that will produce milk .
Balanced diet and 3-4 litres of water per day should be taken

Hello dear, lactation is vary important part of a female after birth, you should know about some tips for proper lactation. To start with your mindset to feed the baby is must, clean the nipple, sit in comfortable position, hold the baby in your left hand with support of your left hand, with proper position. With right hand hold your baby's hand, put your rt thumb in baby's palm, press when he sleeps or stop sucking. There is a reflex known as milk let down reflex, means when baby suck then a message reached to mothers pituitary gland, and from there hormone oxytocin is released which causes milk ejection, if you give top feed, baby won't suck, and no milk is secreted. Perinorm is safe, you can give three times a day for 10 days. Drink more water, and milk. Also shatavari powder in milk can be given .

Nutrition plays a major role when it comes to breast feeding
Secondly anxiety and excessive care and stress regarding it may have negative effect on milksecretion
It’s a natural process so be relax
Hold baby in right position be comfortable n give your baby time to develope sucking reflex n let it learn the technique
If after 3-4 days you feel it’s inadequate start with lactare capsules twice a day for one week
N home remedy that I would like to suggest which works like wonder is methi or fenugreek laddoo
If you like you can have shatawari powder with milk too.

I think husband has a great role to play in how a mother feels.
Also feelings of guilty of b being not able to produce enough milk is the main culprit.
Morally help the lady as much as as you can.
On personal bond bet
ween the mother and the baby I think is the most important reflects our body needs to produce milk I have seen patients who have taken all these granules and tablets and perinorm and all that and still have not been able to produce milk because of lack of proper moral support at home and the lack of someone to understand her postpartum depression state.
So firstly support and love ur wife , rest are just like spices in any dish .
The main dish is the familial support.

Hi, yes you can take perinorm tablets. It’s completely safe. Add Lactare granules 2 tsp to the milk and you can alter the doses as per the production of milk and requirement. Healthy diet and keep trying for the feeding even if you are giving top feed. The more the baby will suck, more will be the milk production.

Breastfeed often, every two to three hours , it encourages more milk production.
Breastfeed from both the breast.
Eat a well balanced diet, take protein rich food , u can take protein powder with milk
Plenty of water
Include Fenugreek, garlic, ginger in your diet
Tab perinorm 10mg twice daily for 5.Dont take it for long periods.

You should take proper nutrition and adequate amount of fluids to ensure the proper milk supply. Try to feed the baby every two hourly, as the baby suckles more milk will be produced which will be sufficient for the baby.
