Refined or Mustard oil
Hello Doctor, which oil is better for making food and to maintain good health Mustard oil or Refined Oil? And which mustard oil should I buy branded one like fortune, nature fresh or taking extract mustard oil infront of machine directly mustard source from village. I have both options but which option is better to confirm oil is pure and safe for health.

Hi . All oil are important in our daily cooking . We should use rice brand oil , mustard oil n olive oil in our daily cooking  . Even we should use ghee 1 tsp every day for staying fit n healthy.

Hello user If extract is available for you then you can go for that. And about oil, oil should be used like mustard olive  refined. Don't use one oil always need to change always

Freshly extracted mustard oil is always better than refined oil.
Next Steps
keep changing oil as different oil seeds have different amino acids.
Health Tips
avoid using freshly extracted oil if it is more than 15days old.As the precipitation and odour founds in that  after 15 days
