Hello Practo user. Because of your sitting job you are suffering from this problem. to get rid of this problem start walk for 1-2 hours in a day prefarably in mornings. also avoid continuous prolonged sitting and try to walk for atleast for 3-5 mins once in every1-2 hours. Increase your Basal metabolic rate which helps in burning fat by taking small protein and fibre rich meals in every 2 hour. Have balanced home cooked food and avoid canteen food. Keep snacks like roasted channa, makhana, trail mix on your table and have 1-2 spns as your snacks. Avoid munching on packed chips or biscuits. Your breakfast should be the heaviest and dinner should be very light. Thanks and regards.
