Quitting smoking
I've been a smoker on & off for the past 8 years and a pretty much regular smoker since last 1 year. But recently I've started cutting down on cigarettes, from 10 per day to just one and eventually quit it. Now whenever I smoke a cigarette, my chest feels heavy and my heartbeat increases. Can it be a heart issue ?
