Kidney stone may reoccur depending on body's tendency to form stone, hardness of water you drink , poor water intake or certain food or even poor water intake or holding urine for longer time may also contribute to formation kidney stone. There is no such evidence available that eating quail egg reduce the formation of kidney stone.
