Im week i couldn't workout in gym as my stamina is low..can i take protein supplements ? Whether it is advicable? If yes imported supplements will b good?

Hello,.., you can have proteins naturally .. Chicken ,fish , egg , pulses are rich in protein .Take one to two egg daily.. Work for slow sustained increase in weigh weight. Don't rush.. Taking protein powder in high quantity may harm kidney that's doctors don't prescribe it .
