Protien supplement
My cousin age is 20 years and his weight is only  55 kg so to increase weight he is taking protien supplement named as protien x but he his taking it without gym workout is it safe. Or suggest any supplements which can be taken to increase without gym workout.

Better to take high protein foods like all milk and milk products, eggs, pulses, sprouts, nuts, tofu, rajmah, chole, soyabean, paneer, chicken, fish etc. to gain muscle mass. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for him.
