Hi What time you exercise that is also important to plan pre n post workout meal. If you exercise before breakfast have fruits with nuts and directly you breakfast which should contain carbs protein n fat. Need more information about your lifestyle and eating pattern to help you better.

Hi !! Pre workout food should be energy dense so one must have a glass of smoothie ..Which can be made of milk and fruits ..Post workout should have lots of fluid and mix of protein rich food item .....Pls consult if you want a customized diet .
