Hi. I play a lot of football and along with that workouts also. As i am a vegetarian can you tell me what can i have for protien?? And what type of diet i should have? I have slim body structure with some normal fat.

Hello there, We appreciate you foreboding after yourself and keeping yourself fit. But.since you ate a vegetarian it would be difficult you to get protein ny the Diet you have daily. For that you may take whey protein daily one scoop of it. Find for the best brand over met and order do it. If you want it in natural way then you can go for Praneeth, rajmah, moong, soy bean etc. All these above will have protein in them they are in cooked and sprout form. Thank you
