Protein Powder and Creatine Supplements
I have recently started consuming Creatine Monohydrate and prior to that I have been consuming Protein Supplements from a Two years. I have started feeling heavy in my lower backs ( where the kidneys are located) post consuming Creatine Monohydrate . Its only been 4 days i have started consuming. Shall i consult any doctor or do tests before consuming the supplements again?

You don't need to take creatine supplements until and unless you are an athlete or in sports that require it.Please get a kidney function test done to eliminate any doubts.

Yes definitely, do consult at your earliest. Stop using supplements in the long run. Use natural nutrient sources.
