I need guidance on a proper meal chart for my mother who has been recovering from covid. It's been 1 month since her discharge and her medicines are still continuing. She also developed high blood sugar levels due to covid. So I just need help with a proper meal plan that I should implement for next whole year so that her body is able to restore it's health as soon as possible. She often complains about pain in her lower legs due to even slightest exertion.
