Sometimes we dread doing things that push us beyond our comfort zones. And it seems like a good idea to push it away for later until things pile up and become so undesirable. A good strategy could be to 'eat that frog' first thing. A concept which talks about managing your time effectively by tackling the hardest things first thing in your day.

Hey! Procrastination can have many different reasons. Among several, a few can be low motivation and zest towards the work, things aren't really of much value, a person having low tolerance of frustration that might follow a task completion, the self talk matters a lot and many more. With one or two sessions with a therapist, you'll be very well able to figure out the underlying belief and be able to change this behaviour hence. Also totally dependent on how bad you want to change.
Next Steps
book an online session  with a counsellor or a therapist. good luck!
