Hi, It sounds like you may be experiencing symptoms of procrastination and lack of motivation, which can be common when experiencing stress or burnout. It's important to address these issues before they further impact your career and financial situation. One potential approach could be to break down your tasks into smaller, more manageable steps. Set specific and achievable goals for each day or week, and track your progress. Consider setting deadlines for yourself to create a sense of urgency and accountability. Additionally, consider establishing a routine or schedule to help improve consistency and focus. Set aside dedicated time each day for work, and minimize distractions such as social media or personal tasks during that time. It may also be helpful to seek support from a therapist or counselor to explore potential underlying issues contributing to your difficulties with focus and motivation. They can provide guidance and strategies to help you address these challenges and improve your overall well-being. Remember, it's important to prioritize self-care and seek help when needed. By taking steps to address these issues, you can improve your productivity and work performance while also enhancing your overall mental health and well-being.
