Apart from posture correction belt you need to perform exercises, no matter of your age, the posture can be normal if done proper exercises under expert supervision and advice.
You should never use a posture corrector at your age unless it is a structural issue and not a postural problem.
Posture correction is achieved over a period of time and usually all instant solutions have some down sides. The problem with posture corrector is a shutting down of the muscle function which need to be used and strengthened.
