It's better to stretch and strengthen your posture muscles rather than using a posture corrector and mechanically correcting posture. Please consult me online for details

1st : if ur posture is bad since childhood do x ray investigation whether it is due to any structural impairment. If structural issue present u need to consult orthopedic doctor 2nd : if only functional impairment present only posture corrector will not help you. You have to do posture correction exercise

You should never use a posture corrector at your age unless it is a structural issue and not a postural problem. Posture correction is achieved over a period of time and usually all instant solutions have some down sides. The problem with posture corrector is a shutting down of the muscle function which need to be used and strengthened.
