Hunchback is related to your Upper back and tingling sensation in your arm maybe related to a problem causing nerve compression in your cervical spine/ Neck or maybe in your arm or hand. Prolonged Hunchback will cause Upper Back pain and eventually leading to other health issues related to you digestive system and respiratory system ( if not taken care earliest).
Next Steps
Immediately visit an orthopaedic or a physiotherapist along with your Neck and upper back X-rays to rule out any major problems. MRI if suggested by the doctor. Physiotherapy will definitely help to improve you hunchback problem with postural corrective exercises and also with the tingling sensation with neck and nerve stretching exercises.
Health Tips
If you are having continuous sitting job, please use a good height adjusting Chair with proper back support. Try not to sit for long hours. keep stretching your back, arms and even legs in between work hours to relieve pressures on the nerves.

Hey there! Hunchback or any other abnormal posture causes malalignment of the bony structures of the body. Due to which there can be irritation to nerves causing the tingling. A poor posture arises because of plenty of reasons.....some muscles get weak and long..while others strong and short..... It would be better to consult face to face.
Next Steps
Please visit a orthopaedician for your issue. Can't be mapped online.
Health Tips
See to it that you don't have any other problems and correlate.

Hunchback and tingling both are different but related to your posture. To reduce tingling the compression needs to be removed and hunch back can be corrected through postural correction exercises and other therapies. Maintain proper posture, consult online/offline with physical therapist for exercises and treatment.

Hey Yes the hunchback posture can cause tingling sensation. Depends on the degree of change The spinal nerves might be compressed causing the same. It would be better to understand the reason of this bad posture And if it is due to work and not genetic, then should be corrected conservatively to reduce the chance of aggravation.
Next Steps
Improve posture and daily routine
