Difficult to judge and analyse from a single picture of one view. But it seems like you have a slight anterior pelvic tilt which might be leading to the exaggerated lumbar lordosis. The way you're standing seems to indicate a weaker core control. Exercises that will help will be posterior pelvic tilts, core activation exercises and stretching the tight lower back muscles and gluts.

Hello,
Only from this pic, I can say there's a little posture related problem. But this might hamper your core strength in future. For proper evaluation I'll be needing more information.
No need of correcting posture seems good but if you start with normal exercising from head to toe and some core strengthening as well . You will be fine just do it regularly.
Yes your posture shows that you are leaning backwards and relying on what we would call passive structures....rather than using your abdominal muscles.
This leaning backwards loads your lower spine and there is more tendency to jam it. You could correct it, a video consult could help in improving your ability to correct the issue
Next Steps
I would suggest a physio assessment to rectify the postural issue and in turn prevent an issue with your low back.

There is no specific caution that can be inferred from your history given. Except that you should not start with quick or loaded abdominal crunches unless someone leads you through it as it could lead to an increased risk for a disc derangement.
