Yes .., correct posture is very essential for any work.., it's correct posture only which prevent us from many muscular injuries..

Posture correction alone doesn't work as you have to hold the proper posture consciously everytime. You need to accompany that with strengthening program after which you will be in a correct posture unconsciously.
