Hello ,you need proper assessment of your posture so that it will help to know what is the reason behind bad posture either it is congenital or due to ur incorrect position of sitting or doing work then treat accordingly ,have few sessions of physio and change in ur sitting and proper ergonomic correction will done, if due to some congenital issue then use posture corrector in guidelines only.

Yes you can use a posture corrector only if you are unable to control or correct it actively..
In that case you should use corrector and slowly with passing days you stop using corrector and start maintaining a good posture actively..
To maintain good posture your muscles should be balanced and should be in good health.
So -
Use corrector but do reduce its time and let it go within few days.
Work on your body muscles to balance them and to tone them.
Active participation of maintaining right posture is mandatory.( For example - you should remember to sit in upright position , you should use phone laptop in correct neck and shoulder position ..etc )

visit your sports/orthopedic doctor or physio full complete evaluation and start correction with exercises and fitness routine.
Those are ideal ways to do at this age, dont go for passive modalities, if you want healthy, fit long term lifestyle

Instead if belt, please find out which muscle imbalances making you to get bad posture. so please visit nearest Physio care center to know about your imbalances.
Posture belt is a passive way of controlling a mobile and breathing cage of the body.
In my opinion, not a viable solution. Learning to adopt a good posture is controllable and long term.

every posture corrector will work temporarily you need to start posture correction exercises and let your muscles be a posture, correctors
start strengthening your postural muscles and do the stretches you will be fine
