Well,if hunchback is a caused due to bad posture it can be corrected with proper exercises and ergonomic advice by the physiotherapist. But if its due to the changes in the spinal curve then better to get it diagnosed properly and then start with the appropriate treatment.

First of all it is necessary to evaluate the range of motion of your spine. To check it you need to consult a Physiotherapist or Orthopaedist for complete assessment and treatment. Based on the evaluation, treatment can be suggested.

Hi, It has to be evaluated for flexibility or rigid, if its flexible then then it can be corrected by a physiotherapist within a span of 2 months depending upon the responce from the patient. physical therapy is an important and useful treatment option for hunchback. It's especially useful for cases of postural kyphosis or hunchback because a physiotherapist can help you learn how to correct your posture and strengthen your spinal muscles. In fact, postural kyphosis is rather easily corrected with education about proper posture and some retraining on how to sit and stand correctly. Treatment does not need to include casting, bracing, or exercise. However, strengthening the back muscles can help with proper posture.

Hunchback has to be evaluated whether it's flexible or rigid. If flexible then the probability of it getting improved is very high in a relatively shorter time.
Next Steps
lifestyle changes are the foundation on which things will improve. the changes have to be such that proper posture is maintained during every small or big daily activities. compliment the same with the right type of stretching and strengthening exercises.

Depends on the age of the patient and duration of the problem. Female patients are more difficult to cure.

Hello Yes it can be corrected if it is postural in nature. Hunchback due to bone deformity cannot be corrected. You need to get it checked first. If it is postural in nature then you can visit physiotherapist for the correction.
Next Steps
Spinal extension exercises or backward bending will help in correction. Cobra stretches you can do.
Health Tips
Try to sit or stand straight or sit with back support. Avoid forward stooped posture.

A physiotherapist could help you with the same. You need to get that assessed so that a proper rehabilitation program can be designed for providing the maximum possible correction.
