Postpartum weight
My baby was delivered 2020 November. My weight increased upto 10kg now. Before pregnancy i was 66kg. Now I'm 76kg. What kind of diet and excercise can i follow to loss my extra weight and get back my old weight.

you should starts your weight loss journey from now , you can replace your heavy meals 2 times a day with 5-6 small frequent meals in a day with plenty of salads in each meal. do some yoga in proper manner with some initially mild exercises, to heavy exercises, with 30 min morning evening brisk walk

For losing weight in a healthy and permanent way : Maintain meal gaps of not more than 3hrs. To boost up your metabolism and helps in weight loss. Include barley tea and dandelion tea in your diet. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet. Walk at least 10-12k steps in a day. Drink 3-4lts of water per day.
