Hi
I would like to know why you have lost weight are you exercising too much or fasting to lose so much of weight.
Please check the reason why you have lost the weight
In addition it is better to eat healthy food in sufficient quantity and quality to gain the weight instead of using tonics and syrups to gain weight.
As you are breast feeding make sure you drink atleast 3 glasses or milk, eat 3 to 5 servings of fruits and vegs, add 50g of fry fruits like almonds, walnuts or groundnuts,
If you are a non veg ear atleast one egg five times a week and add fish in your diet,
It will add calcium and iron in the diet and also enhance milk production for u.
If you require more specific diet pls contact me through Practo.

Hello
Hope you are doing well
Please try to avoid any supplements when you are breastfeeding as it can give side effects to you and your baby
If you want to gain weight then please follow proper lactation diet
Hi,
Reason for the lost weight should be known properly to rule out the concern. Being Lactating mom, you need to focus on healthy & filled diet which can nurture you & your baby. It's advisable to have light workout rather intense.
Instead of depending on syrups & supplements, focus on healthy food to gain the weight. Treat yourself gently, without any hurries & worries.
Hi dear,
May it be these or any other syrup that you want to take for weight gain, they only work as appetite inducers, at the end of the day how and what you eat will determine if you are gaining a healthy weight.
It is best to calm down and focus on starting to eat healthy again.check if you are having at least 3 major and 2 minor meals a day, make sure you eat on time, if you want to know what diet to take let me know i will guide you.
As you said you are a feeding mom so it is better to focus on gaining healthy weight by eating nutritious foods that will also nourish your baby through your milk and will also keep you healthy.
Kind regards.
