Increase weight
I want to gain weight. Please suggest diet plan accordingly. I have been trying to increase my weight but it's not increasing above 64 kgs.

To weight gain, add healthy fat in your diet, that includes Walnuts Egg yolk Peanut butter Olive oil Fish Nuts and oilseeds Add adequate complex carbohydrate, like Whole cereals Vegetables and fruits Avoid Simple sugars Processed foods Unhealthy fried foods
