Hi Include all seasonal fruits and vegetables, dark green leafy vegetables which are low in calories richbin vitamins, minerals, fiber and antioxidants that are protective to bodies.. Add more fiber foods to your diet, nuts of almonds and walnuts only 2 to 3 nos, seeds, figs and apricots only , plenty of drinking water around 2 to 3 litres per day, oats porridge, whole grain cereals, whole pulses unpolished , low fat, inclusion of omega 3 and 6 foods like chia seeds, flaxseeds, avocados, olive oil, unrefined til oil, safflower oil for home cooking, legumes like all variety beans, fermented and germinated foods such as  home made curds, buttermilk, various vatiety sprouts, fruit salads, vegetables salads, home made smoothies and soups, green tea, black tea, black coffee, lukewarm lemon water without sugar or honey on empty stomach upon waking, 45 mins of brisk walking daily on all the days of the week, healthy lifestyle modifications, good sleep, exercises both morning and, yoga, surya namaskar, situps, steps up down, skipping, jogging, all types of exercises, crunches for stomach etc..are essential.. 1 teaspoon ghee in dal daily is good, good sleep, exposure to sun, metabolism enhancing foods, active lifestyle, no sitting much, small frequent meals with limited portion sizes, no large meals, no to binge eating, no outside foods, lukewarm lemon water on empty stomach without sugar or honey can be taken once in every two days for effective results to reduce flabby stomach, no to sedentary kind of lifestyle, more of brisk walking daily morning and evening are all essential..along with nutrient dense small portion meals... Hye,  Flabby stomach could be due to so many reasons like, unhealthy eating habits, inactive lifestyle,  stress, etc. To get rid of these,  we need to do some lifestyle modifications like: 1. Take small frequent meals every 3-4 hours so that the metabolism is boosted up ans will help in managing weight. 2. Consume seasonal foods like green leafy vegetables, seasonal fruits.  Soups and smoothies are a great way to include then in your diet 3. Drink infused water: put your favorite fruit's slices and herbs in 1 litre water and drink throughout the day,  it will flush out all the toxins and will eventually help in managing weight  4. Perform any sort of physical activity for atleast 30 minutes for 5 days a week.if not,  walk at least 10k steps daily. 5. Do 5 minutes of meditation every day and take 7-8 hours of sound sleep. It will supress your stress hormones and will help in weight management.
