Plaque is thin film cant be seen from naked eyes! So be assure its more than plaque! Scaling and polishing will be answer to your bad breath, senstivity and bleeding! There might be other reasons for senstivity other than calculus, whuch has to be addressed if senstivity doesnt resolve! Regarding the hole , consult a dentist

Hi mam..     plaque development is due to poor oral hygiene....   plaque development  may leads to gingivitis (inflammation and bleeding from gums)    If you left the plaque development it may  cause gingivitis, periodontitis, bone loss leads to tooth mobility, tooth loss.... For third molar issues, you need to take IOPA(x_ray) and based on extent  of caries treaent will be decided... **If the caries extent in to pulp,Root canal yreatment should be done... **If the caries is superficial and doesnot extent in to pulp, simple filling is enough....

There is lot of plaque n tartar on d left side probably because of d pain in d teeth on that side u didn't chew ur food much on that side. Don't worry just visit a good dentist nearby, they will do filling or root canal treatment on that painful tooth depending on d extent of caries. And also get a though cleaning/scaling of your teeth, it will be easy to maintain good oral hygiene there after.

For your plaque and bleeding gums you can get scaling done from your dentist and then evaluate if the bleeding stops after few days under dental follow up For your tooth that is hurting you need to take an X-ray and the dentist will let u know if need to get root canal or a filling depending upon. The extent of the cavity and how deep it is

Hi For plaque and calculus you need to get scaling done. This will improve bleeding gums condition too. Sensitivity can be corrected only after knowing the exact cause of sensitivity. It may be because of gums problem or cavity also. And for last tooth that is hurting; you need to get an xray done. May be the cavity is deep. Thanks

It’s not plague, it plaque. U need to get scaling and polishing done, which will remove all the plaque and bleeding from the gums is because of plaque accumulation. Once scaling is done, the inflammation in the gums will subside and bleeding will stop. The cause of sensitivity should be examined after which some remedy can be done. For the hole in the third last tooth, an X-ray has to be taken to see its condition.
Next Steps
Kindly visit a dentist
Health Tips
For bleeding gums, u can do warm salt water gargles two times every day to give temporary relief.
