PCOS diet and nutrition
I was diagnosed with PCOS via Ayurvedic treatment (October 2017- February 2018). My height is 5'2". Weight at that time - 58 kgs. My testosterone was 60.26 ng/dl, even after diagnosis and the doctor cared less on it. (Its high) My LH level was 7.56 mIU/ml, even after treatment and the doctor cared less on it. (Its low) Now, my weight is 47 kgs. I want to increase my weight to 52 kgs but i am unable to do so, it increases to 50 kgs but again drops down to 47 kgs. I do regular yoga, weight lifting and pranayam. I dont consume sugar and dairy products. I eat 10 chapatis per day with lots of vegetables amd fruits. The two symptoms that i am still continuing with is Hairfall around 40-60 strands per day, irregular period which comes withing 35-37 days and after period i get diarrhea for 10 days. Should i consume dairy or not ? I am vegetarian so to get calcium i drink chia seed with water. After exercise, i start my day with 4 almonds and two bananas. Where am i making mistake ?
