Do warm salt warter rinsing atleast 2/3 times a day. For dental issues always visit the dentist since they can identify the problem and give an immediate solution. Home remedies are not a solution or treatment.

Being a male and 26yr old, it looks like you may have some calculus and inflammation in gums aggravated probably due to this lockdown (wearing mask and reduced talk)
Next Steps
Meet a Dentist ASAP
Health Tips
Home remedy may be to apply a pinch of Turmeric powder and salt with Mustard oil (Haldi, namak with sarson ka tel) on your gums and leave it for 5 mins and rinse. This is only a temporary remedy with limited use. in case you have gum paint / mouth wash at home, use it twice a day after meals. If this works manage for some time and meet a professional Dentist ASAP.
