Over weight
Right now I am at 100 kg and I want to reduce inyo 75 kg. I am 193 cm tall but over weight causing problem like knee pain and breathing difficulty . Help needed please

For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and walk early morning and evening. Take high fibre food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add planty of water. Avoid oily and fried food.
