You have not destroyed your brain. You are likely experiencing anxiety + mental exhaustion, not brain damage. With lifestyle changes and treatment if needed, full recovery is possible

Hi Feeling like your brain has slowed down or that you’ve overusedit usually isn’t due to actual brain damage. It’s often caused by chronic stress, anxiety, perfectionism, or sleep and hormone changes all of which can lower serotonin, the chemical that helps you feel calm and focused. Intense emotional or sexual activity doesn’t permanently reduce serotonin or make you “dumb,” but constant overthinking and pressure to perform perfectly can exhaust your mind and body. What’s happening is likely mental burnout, not brain decline. With therapy, relaxation, healthy sleep, exercise, and balanced nutrition, serotonin levels and mental clarity can return to normal. You haven’t ruined your brain it’s just overwhelmed and needs rest, structure, and care to reset. Take therapy. You can connect with me on nine two six six seven two six zero six five.

Nothing like that. People s neurotransmitters are genetic, developmental and can change during course of life. Even Nobel Laureates have got Depression, so past intelligence does mean one Is immune.
