OCD will not cause any significant structural neurological (brain) damage, but health related issues secondary to OCD like anxiety ,depression ,skin problems(in hand washers) thease inturn increases the risk for medical comorbidities diabetis, hypertension etc..
But OCD is completly a curable illness with medications and psychotherapy .. not a big issue.. consult good psychiatrist...take proper treatment
