Brain fog caused by depression and ocd
I have been taking treatment for my depression and ocd that comes along with anxiety for 5 years from various places, where they have used every type of medication to help my situation as i have ocd induced depression but i normally have terrible brain fog which makes me dumb ( i was a sharp person ) and morning anger (maybe cortisol). I have been treated with ssri snri Auvelity and vortioxetine too but they don't seem to help my condition, escitalopram+ fluvoxamine treated my depression to a good level but it always caused me low creativity and memory issues which is brain fog after all. Antidepressants always had a negative or no effect on my cognition. I have heard many success stories about parnate about this situation which is no longer available in india. Is there any solution to this problem, I'm looking forward to any suggestions and advice from our doctors from all over india and consult if needed.
