I have left alcohol totally, Surprisingly it is noticed that my Breathing problem Does Not Occur EVEN I Walk 3 to 4 km.
It Only Occurs Mildly if I CLIMB Many Stairs or Do Any HARD Work. After leaving Alcohol I was badly suffering from Depression, one Doctor Phychritist prescribed Sertraline 50 OD, Desvenlafaxine 50

Talk to experienced psychiatrist online and get your health questions answered in just 5 minutes.
When you have left alcohol, withdrawal symptoms persist that sometimes mimic as depression or Amotivation syndrome
Now You should consult the psychiatrist, gradually medications will be tapered and for alcohol abstinent some therapy as relapse prevention or motivation enhancement therapy must be planned
For echographic findings, you must consult a physician or cardiologist for expert opinion that will give opinion regarding need of ct angiography if needed

Sir Actually there is one disorder called alcohol induced depression ,So either you are suffering from this or clinical depression. These medications are prescribed just to help you cure depression and related issues.
