For the past three years, i’ve been dealing with trying to achieve perfection in things I do. It’s not the typical perfectionism described on the internet which makes people feel that their work or achievements aren’t good enough. My ideas of perfection in the things I do or the ways I act is irrational. For example, I refuse to download an app on my phone or start studying for my exams because the day on which I want to do those things is not perfect.
