OCD Overdose Cap cause brain fog & dizzy
I have been diagnosed with OCD.since few years I have been under treatment by flvoxine 60mg.     My condition got better for few months after I took flunil 60mg in morning and fluvoxine 150 in night as per neuro psychiatrist in Bangalore. But one added point her.. [I have been in diet since 1 year.I took less carbs and low exposure of sun]  But doctor suggested over dosage of 40mg flunil & 20mg flunil in morning to get rid off worse OCD thoughts... Few days it got normal later overdosage replicates to slight dizziness & brain fog,low energy and headache. Then I quit Anti psychiatric medicines 💊 My condition is normal now...Controlling stress, taking D vitamin and certain carbs 1) Is this brain fog, dizziness causes because of overdosage or else of less carbs, low D vitamin or stress or low sleep? 2) Since 2 months I have been working during Night times and changed my sleep pattern totally.Irregular sleep habits, daytime sleep night time work, less sleep along with this OCd
