Ocd and anxiety
Due to this corona virus fear of contamination is developed in me. I frequently washes my hands for more than 2 minutes. I always remain in a state of fear and anxiety due to which I can't sleep at night. Afraid to touch kyes, belt, pen, remote etc and even family members. I am also afraid to go office and get afraid of staff or any person comes near me.l get really agressive if someone contradict my thoughts and actions. I feel relaxed if someone agrees with my thoughts. In past also I have some fear like get infected by iron cut and dog bite but it got ok after sometime. I feel really low and anxious about this situation and disinterested.

Team up with a person in your family who would help you ease into the current state that we are all living in. Your anxieties are valid but if they come between your day to day life it could not only creat more obstructions for you but also result in increase in your anxieties. At this point I’m sure you must have come across a lot of information some true some false. Debunk the false information and try not to feed on it. Also understand that this situation is new for everyone and everyone needs help. Enabling eachother and spreading proper awareness will be more helpful than getting into arguments of who’s right.

Hello I can understand the fear you must be going through, and it's very natural. Basically keep this in mind that corona is not equal to death because death is our biggest fear. See the positive side of it that many people are recovering from corona. Try to watch news about it only once in a day to keep yourself updated but don't watch the news again and again as it generates fear. Take all the precautions and do all your routine work.
Next Steps
Take an appointment with psychologist
Health Tips
Exercise regularly. Maintain your diet and sleep pattern. keep yourself busy in the things you like to do. Express your feelings.
