Corona Fear
From the starting of the pandemic, i am very scared of corona. Whenever i feel a little headache or little sore throat i feel like its a corona and do all kind of checking like spo2, temperature and visiting for doctor consultation Even a small body pain or mild body pain makes me thinks of having a virus. Everyday thinking about these things. My parents are really anger on me what i am doing, thinking about corona for a very small symptom such as sore throat or body pain. What to do i am unable to control this things. How to slow down this issue. As interfere my daily routine. Please guide me.
