Nutrition tips
I have recently joined a gym. I want to have a lean mean muscle body. Don't want to be bulky. Can u please suggest safe protein supplements and when should they be taken ? I.e. before or after the workout? I normally do my workout at evening .. 9 pm. Please advise. Thanks.

Hello, I went through your query, if you don't want to bulk up, but only to be fit, you can do, strength training excersie at the gym. There are several types of whet protein available, pre-workout supplements or post workout supplements. Since you don't want bulk up, post workout supplements are enough for you, that is any whey protein (from thara nutricare, ssn nutrition etc,,) drink plenty of water to avoid side effects on kidney.
