Should I do lean bulk or cut with 20% BF
I have started gymming since 3 months and below is my pic and the results of my Body with measurements , I wanted to acheive a lean physique so when it comes to a diet Currently I am lean bulking but not able to acheive that desired physique . So far I have gained 7.3 kgs of Soft muscle mass and body fat dropped to 19% from 21% . So is there a problem with my training or with the diet ?

Your weight has stuck to a fixed weight, which is due to your diet plan, whichever you are following for 3months without or negligible result. Do take a Weight-Reduction-Diet for another 3months followed by some Customised exercise, given by me. Your diet is not only choosing the food items, but also timing of food & quantity is important for body building. & Don't take any unrecommended supplement from gym itself. Consult with me for Customised diet and exercise plan

Hello, According to the picture you sent, your muscle mass is increasing and there is decrease observed in %body fat which is a good indication. Do not get confused by increasing weight it is just because your muscle mass is increasing. Eat foods rich in protein post workout, it will help in building muscle. Add fiber to your diet, it will help you feel full.
