What is the nutrition or food I should consume to gain muscle and body weight. I am doing gym workout from 2 years.

You need to have egg thrice a week to consume on daily basis. Dal with rice , vegetables to have for lunch every day. Non veg to consume thrice a week . Drink juice and milk Evey day. Tea or coffee to have in the morning.
