Not loosing weight
I have been doing regular exercise for almost 90 mins 5 days a week in gym but in last three months i have lost only around 2 kgs. I don't eat out and completely follow home made food. Not sure what is wrong that i don't see much difference. I am mostly into heavy weight lifting so i try to intake sufficient protein diet

Hello user have you been doing the same kind of excercise for these months ... My suggestion would be wuit gym for sometime and go for intermittent jogging running aerobics yoga and intermittent fasting should help .... Some fat burning drinks also have a great impact ..  I would share 1 with you for more details contact me personally for better results ... i appreciate that you are doing exercises on regular basis which is very good but i will like to tell you that if you want to loose weight 70% results are assured through diet and 30% assurance is from exercising. so a proper healthy diet with simultaneous detox is required by the body.

For reducing wt follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk and oily food.

Are you getting 7-8 hours of peaceful sleep? Have checked your vitamin b12, vitamin D3, Thyroid levels recently? Are you deficient? Are you stressed often? In starting you loose good weight then rate becomes slow. Keep patience and do 45 min exercise weekly 150 to 300 min and keep change your workout pattern. Inch los should be there.

Here are a few tips that will help you:- Exercise 40-45 minutes 4-5 times a week. Eat small frequent meals every 2 -3 hours Eat protein rich diet (especially post workout, it will help in building muscle) and improve metabolism. Eat proper breakfast, as 40% of day's energy comes from breakfast. Include healthy fat in your diet like nuts - almonds and walnuts, seeds like pumpkin, watermelon, sunflower seeds, etc. Eat fiber rich diet, it will help to gain early satiety and help you feel full - include fruits and vegetables in your diet avoid junk food, oily food, processed or canned foods. Drink a glass of water every hour daily to optimally hydrate the body. Note: the given prescription can change according to different conditions.
