Hi, I am trying to loose weight from very long time. I Exercise everyday. and control my diet as well.
I have to loose min 10kg to reach my goal. Please suggest what i can do.

Have fruits as snacks. Fistful of nuts daily. 2 cups of green tea daily. Protein based breakfast. Light dinner I need more parameters to help you more accurately. If you need a more personalized diet plan, ping on personal chat.
