Weight loose without exercise
Just wanted to ask what if without exercise I can loose our weight? I am 31 years of age with 78 kg for now.I wanted my weight goes till at least 67kg so my question is can I do fast 2 days in a week? Is that can help me out to loose weight? Kindly suggest.. in between I can walk for an hour everyday. So kindly help me out with this.

For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and walk early morning and evening. Take high fibre food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add planty of water. Avoid oily and fried food.

To reduce weight in a healthy way, a combination of diet and exercise can only help. Weight reduced with FAD diets can only sustain for a while and then it will bounce back with more intensity. The target that you have, is not difficult but it will need constant guidance.

Hi, To reduce weight following a balanced diet and doing exercises are the best way to get results in fast and lasting for long. It is a gradual process, which one can get it but maintain that weight is difficult. You should follow a well balanced weight reduction diet, which includes  good quality protein, complex carbohydrates, fresh fruits and vegetables. One should follow exercise for 30-40 minutes per day about 5-6 days in week. Walking is good, and it's also part of exercise.
