Weight loose but insulin resistance symb
I am having insulin resistance symbtrone. My current weight is 126 kg i want to loose 26 kg in 2 months how i cam able to loose weight I am doing currently 12 km walk inc day and night, 30 min aerobics and 10 min cardio exercise I eat 2 chapati per day and fruits and pineapple one time and other fruits. And taking milk with oats in morning

Hi To gain weight you need to follow high calorie high protein diet plan. But I cannot plan your right here without knowing your time schedule, diet schedule and medical history. For a while you can follow the following tips which may help you to some extent but for proper result you need to follow a personalized diet plan > Eat More Calories Than Your Body Burns > Eat Plenty of Protein > Fill up on Plenty of Carbs and Fat and Eat at Least 3 Times per Day > Don't drink water before meals.
