It's every mother feeling that baby is not feeding well and I don't have sufficient milk.. not to worry.. it is common till 7-8 months to baby to have nose block..go for saline nasal drops 2 drops each side .

Weight is appropriate according to age. Stool also looks normal.
If u feel chest congestion kindly visit paediatrician
For relief u can give nasal saline drops 2 drops in each nostril every 4th hrly

weight of baby is good as per age and birth weight, the symptoms described seem of viral origin. Should be improving by now if only viral infection. Give plain water after feeds to maintain good hydration. Hope the baby is breast fed.
Hope there is no fever.
Poor feeding could be because of nose block and simple aches and pains. Nose block could be relieved by saline nose drops. For aches and pains paracetamol drops are enough.
