Depends on the weight gain. You have to check weight gain at least once in week to check. If the daily weight gain is 20-30 gms during first 3 months it is a good weight gain and the baby is growing adequately because of the feeding. Roughly the baby weight should double in 3 months. Triples by one year.
Next Steps
Plot the weight gain every month in the growth charts.

At this age daily intake should be 700 to 900 ml milk approx ml. If your baby is taking only 250 ml total in 24 hours, that is likely less than required. However, if breastfeeding is also happening directly, it is difficult to measure the exact intake.
Health Tips
Things that suggest baby is feeding adequately: • Passing urine at least 6 times/day • Active and alert • Good weight gain • Sleeps well after feeds
