Not able to sleep
Pain in legs and back. Difficulty in sleeping anxiety, insecure future. I stay awake till 3at least every night

Overthinking about your future and life can lead to bodily symptoms like you are experiencing currently, this also hampers your sleep and causes more disturbances in your life . It seems that you are facing anxiety and not being able to manage these emotions which are leading to unhealthy thinking patterns . You can try and practice deep breathing and meditation before you go to sleep to calm your mind , taking a warm shower also can be helpful. Try and have a healthy and balanced diet and talk to your close family members and friends on a regular basis.
